Inoue-Nissei Engineering Pte Ltd (Inoue-Nissei) was established in 1974 as Nissei Engineering Co. Pte Ltd. In 1992, Inoue Mfg., Inc. became one of the shareholders and the company was renamed Inoue-Nissei Engineering Pte Ltd. It became a wholly owned subsidiary of Inoue Mfg., Inc. in 1997.

Inoue was first incorporated in Azabu, Tokyo in 1916. The company, which started off as the first manufacturer of the triple stone mills in Japan, is today widely recognised as the leading manufacturer of the total mixing process in Japan and in the world. Through its relentless Research and Development and aggressive marketing efforts, it has since grown to become a highly successful multinational corporation leading in the manufacture and supply of highly sophisticated equipment to the ink, paint, chemicals, detergent, confectionery and cosmetic industries

Nissei has been a purveyor of specialist equipment to the paint, ink and chemical manufacturing industries for more than two decades in the Asean region. Based in Singapore, Nissei manufactures and sells dispersion machines, mixers, mills and related equipment besides providing engineering and technical services. It is also one of the most sophisticated companies of its kind in South East Asia in term of size and capacity, and over the years, has established itself as a highly reliable and innovative supplier of quality paint and ink production equipment. In addition to the manufacturing and sales of machinery, the company also design and supply steel working platforms, environmental control system such as solvent removal and dust removal system and piping system including supply and installation of pipes, pumps, storage tanks and flowmeters.
